Opening and closing plenary-style meetings will take place on Thursday, June 9, and Tuesday, June 14, in the Chamber Hall, with sufficient space for observers. Entry to the Round Tables taking place on Friday, June 10, Saturday, June 11, and Monday, June 13, is limited. All constituencies are permitted to have one nominee at the table at each one. Observers may be allowed into the room (amount is currently unclear). But all Round Tables may be viewed on the platform. Also the Friday, June 10, afternoon “World Cafe” conversations are limited to each constituency’s nominees.
Notes will be posted here at the close of the TD Round Tables. Also the RINGO nominees will give their read out of the TDs at the Wednesday, June 15, 9-10am, RINGO coordination meeting.
