Least Developed Universities Consortium for Climate Change
The Least Developed Countries Universities Consortium on Climate Change (LUCCC) is a South-South, Adaptation-focused, long-term, capacity-development initiative by the Least Developed Countries (LDC) Group of 48 poorest and most vulnerable developing countries. It is managed out of the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD) at the Independent University, Bangladesh.
